Ean's Biography

Ean grew up in Columbia, Md raised by a dietitian and an emergency medicine physician. He developed a love and passion for wellness as he went on to study exercise science in college as a high level collegiate athlete. Before going off to college, Ean suffered a ruptured appendix and a rare kidney disease in the same year at age 17, making multiple appearances in emergency surgery and the ICU before the age of 18. He overcame adversity including redeveloping the muscles needed to walk and went on to continue to play football until being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 19 where he continued to display resilience and did not miss a beat, eventually continued his college football career a year later. On his 21st birthday a week before his first division 1 college football debut, Ean was re-diagnosed with cancer and his college football career was forcefully ended.


Following cancer treatment for for his second time which included chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, Ean suffered significant health conditions related to cancer and cancer treatment that have lingered up until this day. His principles of health and wellness are strongly founded in being the solution to his own problems, as problems are only life lessons that have been placed in-front of us.


The consistent resistance Ean faced through hard times developed his resilience through many different pillars of health and wellness, and he was taken these life lessons on resilience and created the principles of The Resilience Project.


Ean has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry including working with multiple collegiate strength and conditioning programs, working with athletes ranging from age 8 to 70, and with athletes going through all types of life events. He has studied nutrition under registered dietitians for over a decade and has practice in mindset training based on human brain chemistry.
